TSE (TURKISH STANDARDS INSTITUTE) Sigma is awarded with the `TSE` Certificate for all the equipment and Services.

AFTER SALES SERVICE COMPETENCE CERTIFICATE

Sigma is awarded with the above certificate given by Ministry of Industry and Trade for Protection of consumer rights and preservation of competence sought by the law number 4077

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE

By the law number 4077 , Sigma Guarantees the Service and Maintenance for two years for all the equipment sold, which are approved by the directorate of consumer right and preservation of competence.

We give at site service guarantee for the equipment we sell in Turkey as a whole. We give service guarantee for complete Turkey either directly by our central service center or through our authorized services throughout Turkey.

We stock and supply locally manufactured or original spare parts at all ranges of prices. All the spares are under our standard terms of guarantee.

SERVICE STAFF

We are well aware the importance and the necessity of training , research and development for the services we supply. We employ a young, dynamic and well trained staff of engineers and technicians with analytic approaches to problems. Service supplied are defined as the services at breakdown and contractural services.
