Presentation
The CM 18 system allows banknote handling by one or more bank operators during over the counter deposit and withdrawal transactions performed by customers at bank branches.The unit is connected directly to the teller workstation and recognises, validates, rejects worn or damaged notes and recycles fit notes. The CM 18 improves security and is ideal for use in open-plan customer zones; it also increases efficiency and savings in managing the cash life cycle. It is easily integrated in the counter operations process for real time cash management in a multi-channel architecture, thus achieving real distributed cash processing.
Input Unit
Enables the deposit of a bundle of up to 200 notes in mixed sizes and denominations.
The reading speed is 5 notes per second.
Immediate rejection of double / damaged notes or notes bearing foreign objects.
Output Unit
Enables withdrawal of a bundle of up to 200 notes in ant combination of note sizes chosen by the application.
The dispensing speed is 7 notes per second. A second opening facilitates sorting operations.
Deposit/Recycling Note Unit
Variable capacity in configurations of 6 or 8 modules each able to store an average of 500 notes.
System Connection
Connection to host via RS232, USB 2.0 or LAN.
Connection to peripherals via RS 232. Service operations via USB 2.0 and Pendrive.
Software
Drivers available for Windows, Linux (Java based) environment or WEB interface via LAN.
